FULL NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ACROBATICS AND TUMBLING ASSOCIATION RELEASE

INDIANAPOLIS - The collegiate sport of Acrobatics and Tumbling will officially be recognized by all three NCAA as an Emerging Sport, announced today (Saturday, Aug. 1).

The sport began to receive backing for addition to the Emerging Sport list back in June, before it was officially recognized beginning today.

Coker added the sport back in 2019, and will enter its first season of competition as an associate member of Division II Conference Carolinas under head coach Britteny Durham in 2020-21.
