Hartsville, SC- Andre Leavell is a guard for Coker who has managed to be a big threat on the court and the offensive side of the ball. Andre has won the SPC Credit Union February Student-Athlete of the Month, announced today (Thursday, Feb. 7th) by the Coker University Athletics Department.

Leavell had a February for the record books, breaking the Coker single-game scoring record on a 360 layup to score 42 points in a 113-103 win over Emory & Henry. He also had a 35-point performance against Catawba. In February, Leavell is averaging 21.8 points, 7.4 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 1.9 steals, and a 49.2 FG%. He was named the SAC Men’s Basketball Athlete of the Week earlier this month in recognition of his record-breaking performance.
