Hartsville, SC- Andre Leavell is a guard for Coker's men's basketball team and is the December SPC Credit Union Student-Athlete of the Month, announced today (Friday, January 5th) by the Coker University Athletics Department.

Leavell was named this month's SPC Credit Union Student-Athletes of the Month for his outstanding performance and contributions to the men's basketball team at Coker University. In a game against Tusculum, Leavell showcased his skills by recording a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds. He demonstrated his efficiency by shooting 55.6 percent from the field and also contributed with three assists, two steals, and a block.

In addition to being named SPC Credit Union Student-Athlete of the Month, Leavell received the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Men's Basketball Player of the Week award for his exceptional performance during week five of the 2023-24 season.
