COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Cobras men's cross country team swept the top six spots in the Division II sect of the USC Open on Wednesday (Sept. 23).
Jacob Chebii won the two-mile race with a time of 10:11.23. Noah Cook followed in second posting a time of 10:34.09. Tom Sizeland (10:56.72), Joe Altieri (11:03.62), Devin Lowry (11:12.05) and Luke Elliot (11:23.23) rounded out the top six. Demetrius Davis also posted a time of 18:02.78.
The men will take to the course again on October 3rd at the Great American Cross Country Festival in Cary, North Carolina. The race is slated for a 9:00 a.m. start.
