Volleyball Falls to No. 24 Wingate in Conference Action Tuesday Night

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Coker University Volleyball fell to No. 24 Wingate Tuesday night (Sept. 27) in South Atlantic Conference action by a score of 3-0 (25-15, 25-23, 25-6). 

Chelsey Blume led the way with six kills, while Taylor Hills had five kills in the match. Lauren Loveday registered four kills in the match, while Alexis Kopicki had three and Nehemiah Jinks also had one. Kendal Boland dished out 11 assists, while Adriana Velez also had six assists and Makayla Harris had one. Blume had two service aces in the match, while Loveday, Hills and Boland each had one. Harris led the way with seven digs in the contest, while Hills had six and three others each registered five apiece. Four others posted digs in the contest. Jinks had two solo blocks in the match, while Blume also had one. Blume also had two block assists in the contest, while Kopicki and Loveday each had one.
