FLORENCE, S.C. – The Coker women's volleyball team lost their non-conference match to local rival Francis Marion 3-0 on Tuesday night at FMU's Smith Center. The Cobras lost in straight sets with scores of 27-25, 25-16 and 25-10.

Taylor Willis led the team in kills with six, while Catie Truzzolino and April Griggs had five kills each. Samantha Celek had 19 assists and Brittany Bass had nine digs.

The Cobras will continue their three-match road trip by traveling to North Carolina this weekend for a pair of Conference Carolinas matches starting at 7 p.m. on Friday night at Mount Olive College, and concluding at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Barton College.
