HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's volleyball team earned a 3-0 straight set victory over Pfeiffer University on Saturday afternoon in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action.

The Cobras opened the match with two impressive victories, 25-14 and 25-13. Pfeiffer kept things interesting in the third set, but Coker prevailed with a 25-23 victory in the third set.

Taylor Willis and Catie Truzzolino had nine kills each to lead the Cobras, while April Griggs added six kills. Samantha Celek handed out 25 assists and Hannah Cabaniss had a team leading nine digs.

The Cobras return to court on Tuesday when they travel to Florence, S.C. to face local rival Francis Marion University. The match is scheduled for 7 p.m.
