ANDERSON, S.C. – The Coker women's volleyball team dropped their final two matches of the Anderson University Invitational on Saturday, 3-2 to the University of Montevallo and 3-0 to Anderson University. Senior Brittany Bass and junior Mindy Morris were both named to the All-Tournament team.

Against Montevallo the Cobras won the first and third sets with scores of 25-18 and 25-23, but the Falcons won the second fourth and fifth sets; 25-12, 25-15 and 15-8 to take the match. Taylor Willis led the attack with 11 kills, while Samantha Celek had 26 assists and Morris had 11 digs.

Then in the Anderson match, Coker lost in straight sets 25-23, 25-13 and 25-15. Willis was the kill leader with six and Bass had 11 digs. Morris added eight digs and Celek had 17 assists.

The Cobras will be back on the floor at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at UNC Pembroke.
