Cobras Fall to IUP 3-0

INDIANA, Pa.- Coker women's volleyball senior Brittany Bass had a match high 24 digs and junior Taylor Willis had a match high 10 kills in the Cobras' 3-0 loss to Indiana University of Pennsylvania at the Crimson Hawk Invitational on Friday evening. The host Crimson Hawks defeated the Cobras in straight sets with scores of 25-21, 30-28 and 25-19.

In addition to Bass and Willis' accomplishments, junior Kelley Stine had eight kills and sophomore setter Samantha Celek had 22 assists. Junior Mindy Morris had 10 digs and freshman Loren Hill added nine digs.

Coker continues their play at the Crimson Hawk Invitational with a pair of matches on Saturday.  The Cobras will take on LeMoyne College in the first match at 9 a.m., followed by a 2 p.m. match against Michigan Tech.
