AIKEN, S.C. – The Coker Cobras dropped their third match of the USC-Aiken Volleyball Invitational on Saturday with a 3-0 loss to Newberry College. The Wolves defeated the Cobras with scores of 25-14, 25-9 and 25-16. The loss is Coker's third of the tournament and their third straight, dropping them to 4-3 on the season.

Hannah Vadakin (Centennial, Colo.) was the kill leader for the Cobras with six, while Brittany Bass (Bethune, S.C.) had nine digs.

The Cobras will return home to the friendly confines of the Timberlake-Lawton Gymnasium for their next match on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. against local rival Francis Marion.
