MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – Mindy Morris (Beaufort, S.C.) and Cynallyhia Indirago (Columbia, S.C.) each recorded double-doubles with 12 and 10 kills and 18 and 10 digs respectively in the Cobras 3-2 loss to Mount Olive College on Tuesday night in Conference Carolinas volleyball action.

Coker picked up the first win of the match with a 25-13 set one victory, the Trojans then won sets two and three with scores of 25-17 and 25-21 to take a 2-1 lead. The Cobras bounced back with a 27-25 win in the fourth set to send the match to a fifth and final set. Unfortunately for the Cobras Mount Olive came out with the victory in the fifth set, 15-8.

Along with Morris and Indriago, Katie McElveen (Hartsville, S.C.) had six kills and 15 digs, while Jordan Hancock (Mt. Pleasant, S.C.) had seven kills and 11 digs. Molly Bookhart (Orangeburg, S.C.) handed out 36 assists, Brittany Bass (Bethune, S.C.) had 12 digs and April Griggs (Bishopville, S.C.) had eight kills in the match.

The Cobras have just one match remaining in their season. They will take on the Erskine College Flying Fleet on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. in Due West, S.C.
