Women's Track and Field Competes In Mondo College Invitational

Winston-Salem, NC - Coker Women's Track and Field had a strong showing at the Mondo College Invitational. In the Women 60m qualifying round, Kelsey Smith finished in 39th place with a time of 8.78 seconds, followed by Jael Stauffer in 45th place with a time of 8.86 seconds. Marjorie Hurd finished in 54th place with a time of 9.59 seconds, while Laila Hixon and McKay Kasper finished in 57th and 58th place with times of 10.04 and 10.44 seconds, respectively.

Arianna Williams competed in the Women 60m Hurdles prelims and finished in 25th place with a time of 10.02 seconds. In the Women 200m race, Kelsey Smith finished in 34th place with a time of 29.51 seconds, while Kat Andrews finished in 40th place with a time of 30.87 seconds.

Arianna Williams also competed in the Women 400m race and finished in 19th place with a time of 1:09.33. In the Women 800m race, Kylee Ryan finished in 29th place with a time of 3:08.44, followed by Taylor Marotta in 30th place with a time of 3:09.78.

In the Women Long Jump event, Kat Andrews finished in 23rd place with a jump of 4.34m (14-03.00). Nehemiah Jinks competed in the Women Shot Put event and finished in 36th place with a throw of 7.15m (23-05.50).

Overall, Coker Women's Track and Field had a solid performance at the Mondo College Invitational and are looking forward to future competitions.
