2018-19:  Participated in 15 meets during the 2018-19 season...recorded 24 top-ten finishes...Finished second in the 60H with a time of 8.96 at the JDL January College Kick-off (Jan.13)...Took 13th in the 60H (9.71), and finished 55th in the 200 with a time of 27.32 at the Gamecock Inaugural (Jan.18-19)...Finished fourth place in the 60H (9.00) at the JDL College Meet Madness (Jan.27)...Took ninth place in the 60H with a time of 8.87, and finished 88th place in the 200 (27.08) at the Carolina Challenge (Jan.31-Feb.2)...At the USC Open Indoor (Feb.16) she took sixth place in the 60H with a final time of 8.67...Won the 60H with a time of 8.80, and was part of a 4x400 relay team (4:06.69) that finished fifth place at the South Atlantic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb.23-24)...Finished fourth in the 100H with a time of 14.45, 40th place in the 200 (26.91), and was part of a 4x100 relay that finished seventh place (48.95) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite (Mar.14-16)...Won the 100H with a time of 14.40 at the CIU Invitational (Mar.23)...Finished 13th in the 100H (14.64) at the Raleigh Relays (Mar.29-30)...Took third place in the 100H with a time of 14.35, and finished ninth in the 400H (1:05.68) at the Phoenix Invitational 2019 (Apr.6)...Was part of a 4x100 relay team that finished 16th (48:58) at the Gamecock Invitational Outdoor (Apr.13)...Won the 100H at the South Atlantic Outdoor Track & Field Championship (Apr.18-20) with a time of 14.16, finished fourth in the 400H (1:07.01), was part of a 4x400 relay, finishing fourth (4:03.40), and finished sixth in a 4x100 relay (49.07)...Finished 11th in the 100H (14.64) at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial (Apr.26-27)...Finished second in the 100H (14.44) at Winthrop Twilight (May 1)...Was named to the 2018-2019 SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll...She broke her own 100-meter hurdles record with a time of 14.34 seconds at Gamecock Invitational...She set a meet record with a qualifying time of 8.66 in the 60-meter hurdles at SAC Championships. She won the SAC AstroTurf Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 19th, and won the SAC AstroTurf Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on Apr.17th. 

2017-18: Competed in 13 meets during the 2017-18 season...recorded 14 top-ten finishes...won the 100 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championship (Apr. 19-20) with a time of 14.46 (Coker record)...won the 60-meter hurdles at the South Atlantic Indoor T&F Championships (Feb. 19) with a time of 9.00 (Coker record)...awarded South Atlantic Conference Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 9)...set the Coker outdoor 4x400 meter-relay record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 20) with a total time of 3:55.28.

2016-17: Collected nine top-ten finishes this season, highlighted by three runner-up showings, all in hurdle events ... The first came at the Braves Track Classic, where she finished second in the 400-meter hurdles and the second came at the LRU Southside Power & Fitness Invitational in the 100-meter hurdles. The final second-place finish came at the South Atlantic Conference Championship in the 100-meter hurdles. 

2015-16: Notched 14 top-ten finishes this season for the Navy and Gold, including four wins ... Her first win came at the Winston-Salem DII Invitational in the 60-meter hurdles, the second win came at the Braves Track Classic in the 4 x 400-meter relay, the third at the LRU Powersox Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles, and the fourth came in the 4 x 400-meter relay at the Wingate University Invitational. 

High School: Ruff was a two-sport athlete at Hickory High School where she lettered in soccer and track and field ... On the track, she was named the most valuable female track and field athlete from 2011-13 and she was named to the all-conference team during her freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior year. 

Personal: Daughter of Vickie and Tommy Ruff ... She has one sibling Quin.
