ROCK HILL, S.C.- Coker College women's track and field team member Darroneshia Lott has been named South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday, March 27. 

Lott pushed her strengths into the women's 800-meter invitational event and cruised to another Individual Title. Lott crossed the finish line in 2:08.68 on Saturday (March 24) at the Weems Baskin Invitational, claiming the top spot for the second consecutive year.

On the season, Lott has also secured a National Qualifier in the women's 1500-meter run (4:33.46) with her efforts at the Charleston Southern University Spring Break Invitational (March 16).

She is the daughter of Michele and Darron Lott. She is a physical education major.
