HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's tennis team suffered a tough 9-0 loss to Division I Liberty University on Saturday.

Senior Alyssa Blanchard (Columbia, S.C.) played a hard fought match at No. 1 singles, losing 7-6 (7-5), 6-2.

The loss snaps the Cobra's three match winning streak.

Coker will be back on the courts on Sunday when they host Lander University in a non-conference match beginning at 1 p.m.
