Women's Soccer Plays to Scoreless Draw with Emory & Henry

The Coker University women's soccer team played to a scoreless draw with competitor Emory & Henry on Saturday (Oct. 22nd).

Defense was working well for both teams, as they each had countless shots either missing just wide or on net throughout the match.

Coker out-shot Emory & Henry 13-7 in the match, both Chloe Grein and Nour Noujaim leading with three shots and Liz Crowe following with two. Mac Gies, Anna Bozzone, Mila Rausch, Emma Mayer, and Dylan Winstead each had one throughout the game. Sarah Swaim (0-0-1) had two saves in between the pipes.

The Cobras (2-7-1) will return to the pitch against Wingate this coming Wednesday (Oct. 26th) at the Coker Athletic Field. Kickoff is set for 4:30 P.M., with video and livestats available at www.cokercobras.com.
