Coker Women's Soccer Signs Two New Cobras for 2020 Class

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker University's head women's soccer coach Garrett Linquist has announced the signings of Kennedi Price and Catrionna Manning for the 2020 recruiting class.

Kennedi Price will join the Cobras as a forward from Charlotte, N.C.  Kennedi comes to Hartsville from Charlotte Soccer Academy (CSA).  While playing for CSA North Elite, Kennedi has helped her team win NCYSA State Cup in 2018, a Final Four appearance in the 2019 Region III Championships, qualifying for 2020 Region III Championships, in addition to making multiple NCYSA Final Four appearances.  Kennedi has been a part of helping North Meck High School to a playoff appearance in 2019.  Off the field, Kennedi also is a member of the track and field team at North Meck.  Kennedi is also a member of the Key Club, HOSA, National Honors Society and been named to the Honor Roll.  Kennedi is the daughter of Robert and Kathy Price.

"Kennedi is someone that will definitely be an asset to our program," said Linquist.  "Kennedi has a tireless work ethic and a drive to continue to grow as a player.  She has tremendous pace and really can stretch teams to get in behind them so we are very excited about the addition of Kennedi to the program!"

Catrionna Manning comes to Hartsville as a forward/midfielder from Loveland, OH.  Catrionna joins the Cobras from Ohio Elite Soccer Academy ECNL program.  Catrionna has also been selected to the All-Conference teams multiple time as a member of the Milford High School soccer team.  In addition to Catrionna's on field success, she has received the All-Conference Academic Award while at Milford.  Catrionna is the daughter of Ray and Jeri Manning and has three siblings, Carly, Cameron, and Ana.

"Catrionna is a player that stood out to us very quickly when we saw her play," said Linquist.  "She will bring a dynamic attacking presence to our team.  She has a very high work rate and does a very good job of seeing the field and making intelligent decisions in the final third.  We are extremely excited to welcome Catrionna to the Cobras!"
