HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Madelyn Becker has signed her National Letter of Intent to play soccer for the Coker College Cobras, head coach Debbie McGuinness announced today.

Becker comes to Hartsville form Newton-Covoner High School where she ran cross country and played soccer for the Red Devils. On the pitch, she was a three-time all conference selection. As a runner, she collected two All-Conference honors.

"Madelyn is an explosive player who can work both sides of the ball. She is defensive-minded but also has the ability to attack. We are excited for her to join us," said McGuinness.

The Newton, N.C. native is the daughter of Tim and Debbi Becker and is undecided on a major.

Becker becomes yet another to join McGuinness's 2017-18 recruiting class.
