Cobras to Wrap Up Three-Match Homestand with SAC Tilt Against Royals

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's soccer team will return to the pitch on Saturday (Sept. 27) for a conference matchup with the University of Queens of Charlotte Royals. The match is slated to begin at 4:30 p.m. at the Coker College soccer field. Live stats and broadcast can be found at www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras are led by the duo of Renee Ledesma and Erica Snyder. Both have recorded a goal and an assist on the season. Goalkeeper Lizz Morris looks to continue her stellar play as she leads the conference with 71 saves on the season.

The Royals come to Hartsville sporting a 2-5-1 overall record and 1-1-1 conference mark after a 1-1 double-overtime draw with Anderson (S.C.). Kelli Gottry and Mary Pritts lead Queens with two goals apiece.

Saturday is also Autism Awareness Night. Fans are asked to wear light blue to show their support. Tickets for the match are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students.
