SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Coker women's soccer team dropped a 4-0 match to Converse College in non-conference action on Tuesday (Sept. 16) night.

The Valkyries put up three goals in the first half and added another in the second half to secure the 4-0 win.

Junior Danielle Goerler led the Cobras with three shots, while senior Lizz Morris led the defense with 16 saves in 90 minutes of play.

The Cobras will return the pitch on Saturday (Sept. 20) for a South Atlantic Conference match against the Trojans of Anderson University at 4:30 p.m.
