HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College women's soccer coach Dan Muns announced today that Trahrissa Monroe, Jordan Roy and Meaghan Stevens have agreed to play for the Cobras. They will join the team for competition beginning in the 2013-14 academic year.

"We are very excited to have Trah, Jordan and Meaghan join our Cobra family," said Muns. "Trah is a terrific defender, attacks out of the back, and is a tremendous leader.  Jordan is a crafty, creative and explosive attacking personality.  Meaghan is a hard-nosed and hard-working player that will make her presence known in the midfield.  All three of these young women are welcome additions to our squad, and we can't wait to get started this fall."

Monroe is a junior transfer from Jones County Junior College in Mississippi. She enrolled at Coker in January. A defender, Monroe is originally from Gulfport, Miss.

Roy is a freshman midfielder from Boone High School in Orlando, Fla. She also enrolled at Coker in January.

Stevens comes from Fort Mill High School in Fort Mill, S.C. A midfielder, Stevens will join the Cobras this fall.
