FULL INTERCOLLEGIATE WOMEN'S LACROSSE COACHES ASSOCIATION DIVISION II ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL RELEASE

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - The Coker University women's lacrosse team was named a 2022 Division II Academic Honor Squad by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA), while four players were named to the Division II Academic Honor Roll, announced by the organization today (Wednesday, July 27). 

The Academic Honor Squad honors programs of all NCAA divisions and NAIA that post a team grade point average of 3.2 or better for the 2021-22 academic year. The Cobras earned a 3.22 team GPA for the year. 

Student-athletes eligible for the Academic Honor Roll must be a junior, senior or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Amanda Arguello, Olivia Fladung, Joy Johnson and Abby Kellner were each named to the Division II Academic Honor Roll for Coker. 

This is Arguello's first career Academic Honor Roll honor. The Oviedo, Fla. native is the daughter of Richard Arguello, Ida Arguello and Nettie Fausto, and is a biology major. 

This is Fladung's first career Academic Honor Roll honor. The Little Mountain, S.C. native is the daughter of Diane Fladung, Bob Fladung, Tina Rich and Allison Harvey, and graduated from Coker with a bachelor's degree in business administration. 

This is Johnson's first career Academic Honor Roll honor. The Alpharetta, Ga. native is the daughter of Shirley Johnson, and graduated from Coker with a bachelor's degree in psychology. 

This is Kellner's first career Academic Honor Roll honor. The Marietta, Ga. native is the daughter of David and Linda Kellner, and is a business administration major.

Coker Women's Lacrosse also landed 12 student-athletes on the 2021-22 South Atlantic Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
