Women’s Golf Tied for Second, Three in Top 10 After Day One of Cobra Spring Invite

Hartsville, S.C. – The Coker University women's golf team completed the first round of the Cobra Spring Invitational at the Hartsville Country Club today (Mar. 15).

Coker had a strong opening round and currently sits in second place in the tournament with three Cobras inside the top 10. 

Katie Smith leads the Cobras, sitting in first place after shooting a 77 (+5) in round one. Smith birdied hole two and shot for par on 11 holes. Jordan White is in fourth place after shooting a 79 (+7). White birdied hole three and shot for par on 10 holes. Maggie Jennings-Campbell is in 10th, shooting an 82 (+10), shooting for par on 10 holes. Mackenzie Mulkiewicz is in 27th, shooting a 97 (+27) on the day.  Lauren Shaw sits in 28th, shooting a 98 (+28).
