Game One

Emory, Va. -In a game between Coker and Emory & Henry on March 27, 2024, Emory & Henry came out on top with an 8-0 victory. 

Emory & Henry's pitcher, K. Cundiff, pitched a complete game shutout while allowing five hits and striking out one batter. On the offensive side, R. Hill had a standout game with a double and three RBIs.

On the other hand, Coker collected five hits throughout the game. Payton Rainey, Cameron Jackson, Caitlyn Wray, Gracen Chambless , and Mya Cribbs all collected hits throughout the game.  

Game Two

Emory & Henry took game two against Coker in a softball game, with a final score of 11-3. 

The game started with Coker taking an early lead in the first inning, scoring two runs. Emory & Henry went on to regain the lead at the bottom of the first. 

Kelsi Scott singled up the middle scoring Abbie McCants who reached earlier in the inning. That went on to be the last run the Cobras scored in game two as Emory and Henry went on to score six runs and secure game two. 

Up Next: Cobras will be back in action on Saturday, March 30 against LMU.
