Men's Cross Country Competes at Chanticleer Challenge

CONWAY, S.C. - The Coker men's cross country team ran at the Chanticleer Challenge in Conway, S.C. on Friday (Oct. 1).

The Cobras were paced by sophomore Arat Joanico-Gonzalez, who posted a time of 30:15.2 to lead the way. Senior Mahliqe Andrews was not far behind with a time of 30:57.2. Freshman Josh Zeigler, freshman Alex Woods, and sophomore Austin Bates all finished within fifteen seconds of each other with times of 32:05.8, 32:10.1, and 32:18.5 respectively.

Coker will be back in action next Friday as they travel to Charlotte, N.C. to compete in the Royals Challenge hosted by fellow SAC member, Queens University (N.C.). Coverage can be found at www.cokercobras.com.
