CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Coker men's cross country team competed in the Queen City Invite Friday (Sept. 24) in Charlotte, N.C.

The Cobras were led by freshman Alex Woods, who posted a time of 28:28 in the men's 8k event. Woods was followed by senior Mahliqe Andrews, who finished with a time of 28:43. Arat Joanico-Gonzalez contributed a time of 28:53, along with freshman Josh Zeigler who recorded a time of 29:35. 

Coker will be back in action on Friday (Oct. 1) when they travel to Conway, S.C. to participate in the Chanticleer Challenge hosted by Coastal Carolina University. Coverage can be found at www.cokercobras.com.
