2019-20: Competed in all five races recording a season-best time of 33:54.7 in the SAC Championship Race.

2018-19: Ran in one meet during his freshman season...Finished 35th overall and seventh among Division II competition at the Carolina Challenge in 18:30 (Sept. 1). 

High School: Attended Cane Bay High School where he ran track and cross country for the Cobras. 

Personal: Son of Willie and Valerie Gold...Brother of Ciarra, Olivia and Xavier.
