Coker Takes on Barons and Saints in Return Home

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Cobra men's volleyball team returns home to the DeLoach Center after a month-long road trip, in which they played five matches.

Joao Victor Santos is leading the Navy and Gold offense with 124 kills, with Stephen Porras (112) and Gabriel Castro (106) reaching triple-digits as well. Aleksa Bijelic is well on his way to breaking his single season assist total with 339 in only 10 matches. Castro has the team-high service aces (18), while Santos (14), Parker Oldham (13), and Porras (11) have double-digit numbers. Gary Baker has surpassed the century mark in the dig category throughout 2018, with 103, to lead the team. Santos has been a force at the net, collecting 28 total blocks (6 solo and 22 assisted).

The Barons come into the weekend with a 0-9 record in their inaugural season.

The Saints are 4-12 overall and 2-6 in Conference Carolinas play. They are led offensively by Anthony Savage with 149 kills and their setter Logan Riley has 416 assists. Jarrett Malone has 35 total blocks in 51 sets played.

Friday's (Feb. 23) match versus Brewton-Parker is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and Saturday's (Feb. 24) against Limestone is set for 2:00 p.m.
