Three Cobras Tabbed with Men's Tennis All-Conference Selections

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker men's tennis players Tom Sizeland, Mark Watt and William Marrafao were named to the South Atlantic Conference All-Conference teams, the league announced today.

The tandem of Sizeland and Watt was named to the All-SAC second team for doubles.  In doubles play Sizeland and Watt own a 13-6 overall record and are 8-3 within the conference. Watt is a sophomore from Glasgow, Scotland and a business major. He is the son of Colette and Mark Watt. This is Watt's second consecutive All-SAC selection, as he was named to the honorable mention squad as a freshman.

Sizeland individually was named to the singles first team. He is 16-3 overall in singles play, with a 10-1 mark against South Atlantic Conference opponents. Sizeland is a senior from Hamilton, New Zealand and a biology major. He is the son of Wilma and Peter Sizeland. This is Sizeland's second All-SAC honor, as he was named to the singles first team in 2014.

Marrafao, who was selected to the singles second team, has picked up six singles wins on the year as well as five in doubles play. Marrafao is a senior from Jundiai, Sao Paulo and a computer science major. He is the son of Marlene and Claudinei Marrafao. This is Marrafao's second consecutive All-SAC selection, as he was named to the second team as a junior.

The Cobras will play their first round match at the South Atlantic Conference Championships on Thursday (April 21). The sixth-seeded Cobras will take on third-seeded Queens at Brevard College at 1:00 p.m.
