HARTVILLE, S.C. – The Coker men's tennis team suffered a 9-0 loss to Lander University on Sunday afternoon.

After falling behind 3-0 in doubles, the Cobra men had several hard fought matches in singles play including a 7-5, 6-2 match by Billy Simpson (Hartsville, S.C.) at No. 5 singles and a 7-5, 6-3 match by Leonardo Lima (Brazil) at No. 1 singles.

The Cobras will take to the road for their next match on Friday, March 23 at Mount Olive College. Match time is set for 2 p.m.
