HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Manel Estruga (Spain) earned a hard fought victory at No. 3 singles in the Cobra men's tennis tam's 8-1 loss to Division I Liberty University on Saturday.

Estruga battled his way to a three set victory for the win. He won the first set 7-6 thanks to an 8-6 tiebreaker set. He then dropped the second set 6-1, forcing a decisive third set that he won 10-6.

The Cobras return to action on Sunday when they host Lander University in a non-conference match at 1 p.m.
