SUMTER, S.C. – The Coker men’s tennis team lost a tough 7-0 battle to Division I Bethune-Cookman on Friday afternoon. The Cobras fought hard at every position, but they were unable to come up with a victory.

The best match of the day for the Cobras came at No. 4 singles where Tycho Lamberigts (Netherlands) lost to Kristofer Martin in a three set match. Lamberigts opened the match with a 6-1 win, but then lost the next two 6-3, 6-1.

Coker will be back in action on Saturday at home against Barton College in a dual match with the women starting at 1:30 p.m.
