Coker's Bordelon and Elfares Named to SAC All-Tournament Team

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College men's soccer team members Chris Bordelon and Aladdin Elfares were named to the South Atlantic Conference All-Tournament team for their performances in the recently completed SAC Men's Soccer Championship Tournament, the SAC office announced today.

In two matches, the junior midfielder from Baton Rouge, La., started in both of Coker's SAC tournament games, recording two shots in the contests.

He is the son of Geraldine and Steven Bordelon and is an exercise science major.

Elfares, a sophomore forward from Hallsberg, Sweden, finished the two-game postseason run with one goal, one made penalty kick, while logging six shots in the two starts. Elfares was also a second-team All-SAC selection.

He is the son of Mona Awdi and Mohammed Elfares and is a physical education major.
