Cobras Set to Host Tornados in Regular Season Finale

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker men's soccer team will host its Senior Day this Saturday (Nov. 2) when Brevard College comes to town for a season finale South Atlantic Conference matchup. The match is set for a 7 p.m. kick-off at the Coker Soccer Field, and will be broadcast live online at www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras are riding a three-match winning streak, with the latest victory, a convincing 3-0 shutout of regionally ranked No. 1 Flagler College earlier this week.

The dynamic duo of Daniel Jackson and Jordan Snell continue to provide the firepower for the Cobras' offense. Jackson leads the team with a staggering 22 total points off of 10 goals and two assists. He is ranked fourth in the conference in points and third in the SAC in goals. Snell has scored two goals on the year, and ranks ninth in the SAC with his team leading four assists.

The Tornados of Brevard are on a two-match losing streak, and sport a 5-10 overall record with a 3-7 SAC mark. Ryan Mcphillps' five goals and one assist lead the attack for Brevard.

Coker will honor its 10 seniors during halftime of the women's game.

Tickets for the match are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students.
