GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Coker University men's golf team completed the first round of the Bearcat Classic at the Greenwood Country Club in Greenwood, S.C. on Monday (Mar. 8).

Killian Ryan leads the Cobras after shooting a 74 (+2) in round one. Ryan birdied holes 11 and 15, and shot for par on 12 holes. Coleman Bess shot a 75 (+3) on the day, making birdies on holes one, five and eight. Fred Tindale shot a 78 (+6), making an eagle on hole one. Caleb Tidd and JJ Cots both shot a 79 (+7) in round one. 

The Cobras will be back in action tomorrow, Tuesday (Mar. 9) Tee time is set for 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. Coker will finish round two before starting round three. Coverage can be found at www.cokercobras.com.
