Men’s Golf Signs Greenplate to 2014-15 Class

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker men's golf coach Danny Allen has announced today that Brandon Greenplate has signed a national letter of intent to join the Cobras. Greenplate will join the team beginning in fall 2014.

"Brandon is a tremendous golfer that will only get better as he continues to develop," said Allen. "Brandon has faced some good competition during his high school and summer seasons, and has finished with some impressive numbers. I have no doubt that he can be a very special player for us here at Coker."

Greenplate hails from York, Pa., where he attends Dallastown Area High School. A four-year letterwinner in golf, Greenplate was named the York Area Division 1 High School Player of the Year and finsihed 16th at the PIAA state championships in 2012. Greenplate also lettered in basketball.

Brandon is the son of Brian and Nina Greenplate.
