Coker Men's Golf to Participate in Bearcat Classic

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker men's golf team will travel to compete in the Bearcat Golf Classic on Monday (Mar. 25). 

With their most recent tournament being cancelled due to poor weather conditions on February 25, the Cobras have not competed since the Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate back on February 11. 

Leading the field for Coker will be sophomore Christopher Fuga, with the team low average of 74.7 strokes per round.  Nicklaus Kennedy and Luke Coates will also be looking to make an impact during the tournament as they have averaged scores of 75.1 and 76.6 strokes on the year.  Aaron Beebe and Josh Clay will fill in the final spots for Coker.  Beebe has averaged 76.7 strokes while Josh Clay averages 78.7 strokes on the year. 

The two day tournament will take place in Greenwood, South Carolina.  The tournament will begin on Monday (Mar. 25) and conclude on Tuesday (Mar. 26).
