Valdosta, Ga. – In their final day of play the Coker College Golf Team finished tied for 13th place at the First Federal Southeastern Collegiate at the Kinderlou Forest Golf Club. The Cobras tied with the University of West Georgia, as both teams shot a three day total of 937 (+73).

Chris Marsh (Georgetown, SC) continued to lead the Cobras, as he placed tied for 17th, after shooting a third round 73 (+1), he was followed by Jimmy Gillam (Tyrone, PA) with a third round 77 (+5). Jay Goldenberg (Toronto, Ontario) shot a 84 (+12), with Patrick Kirby (Paris, Ontario) and Stephen Thomson (Bracebridge, Ontario) rounding out Coker’s five with scores of 80 (+8) for both golfers.

Coker will hit the links again on March 25, as they travel to the Georgia College and State tournament.
