Men’s Basketball Drops Exhibition at Georgia State
ATLANTA, Ga. – The Coker College men's basketball team dropped an exhibition contest to the Georgia State University Panthers, a member of the NCAA Division I Sunbelt Conference, Monday (Nov.6) night. 
 
Offensively, the Navy and Gold had a solid offensive performance from Khalil Halls, who recorded a team-high 23 points. Chase Brewington tallied nine points on the offensive end with a three for four mark beyond the three point arch, while Nathan Lemke added eight points to the Cobras total. In addition to his eight points, Lemke brought down a team-best eight rebounds.
 
The Navy and Gold will take the court again on Friday (Nov.10) when they travel to Newberry College to play against North Greenville in the SAC/Conference Carolinas Challenge at 5 p.m. The Cobras will complete play in the SAC/Conference Carolinas Challenge on Saturday (Nov. 11) against Erksine at 5 p.m.
