Former Cobra Moses Continues Career in Spain

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Former Coker College men's basketball player Eren Moses has signed to play professionally with BBA Castelldefels of the EBA League in Barcelona, Spain. He departs for Spain in early September.

"I am very excited to embark on this new journey," said Moses. "I have been extremely blessed over the years. I am indebted to all that have supported me, especially Coach Schmotzer and the entire Coker College family. The game of basketball has been a tremendous tool, and I plan to use it to give back to all the communities that have been a part of my life."

Moses, a 6-6, 235-lbs. forward, started all 28 games for the Cobras in 2013-14 and averaged 8.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. He scored in double-figures on 14 occasions and registered two double-doubles on the season.

Moses, a native of New York, N.Y., is a 2014 graduate of Coker College. He majored in business and played an intricate part in the development of Coker's Enactus team. Moses is the son of Lynette Moses.
