Coker Takes Down St. Andrews, 73-66

LAURINBURG, N.C. – Four Cobras scored in double figures, as the Coker men extended their winning streak to four games on Tuesday night with a 73-66 win over St. Andrews in Conference Carolinas men's basketball action.

It was a very close game with the Cobras taking a 39-32 lead into halftime, thanks to this week's conference player of the week Andrew Morris' (Melbourne, Australia) 13 points. Coker would hold their seven-point lead through the second half taking home their fourth straight win.

Morris finished the night with a game high 21 points, while Sharod Williams (Miami, Fla.) earned his sixth double-double of the season with 11 points and 14 rebounds. Austin Harper (Chesnee, S.C.) dropped 17 points and pulled down nine rebounds with Julian Nelson (Irmo, S.C.) adding another 11 points for the Cobras.

The Cobras return to the hardwood on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at home against Queens University of Charlotte. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
