Boone, NC- Coker lost their final regular season game of the season to Lees-McRae 73-59, Saturday, afternoon in collegiate basketball. With the loss the Cobras fall to 7-20 on the season and 4-16 in the CVAC.

 

The Cobras string of unlucky shooting continued as they only shot 26.9 percent from three-point range. The major difference in points came off the Cobras 15 turnovers that led to 21 Bobcat points.

 

Ben Brim led the way for Coker, with 11 points, while Boycho Branzov had eight points and 12 rebounds. Jason Fulwood completed the game with eight points as well for the Cobras.

 

Coker’s next game will take place on Monday in the first round of the CVAC tournament at St. Andrews Presbyterian College. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
