GILBERT, Ariz. -- Six players from the Coker College field hockey team were named to the 2018 Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad, the NFHCA announced Tuesday (Mar. 19).

Simcha De Vilder, Kaleigh Cordrey, Carla Deuble, Amelia Gajewski, Kiarra Rivera, and Victoria Watts all achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.3 or higher, earning the distinguished award.

This follows last week's announcement that the Coker College field hockey team was given the Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division II National Academic Team Award for earning a team grade-point average over 3.0 during the fall semester of the 2018-19 school year.
