HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker University ESports team fell to Montevallo in Peach Belt Conference Overwatch on Saturday (Oct. 31). 

The first map was Hanamura and after a back and forth push, Montevallo was able to cap the second point with 1:48 left on the clock. Coker was able to cap the first point, but was unable to use their momentum to also cap the second point leading a map one win for Montevallo.

The second map was Junkertown and again Montevallo was able to push through the map, this time with just seconds to spare. Coker though wasn't able to match their push leading to match win for Montevallo 2-0.

The Cobras return to action tomorrow (Sunday, Nov. 1) for two Open Divison Overwatch matches, taking on UC Santa Clara at 6:00 p.m. followed by a matchup with Ryerson at 7:30 p.m. Video for both matches will be available at www.cokercobras.com.
