HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker University Esports Overwatch took on Henderson St. in a Peach Belt Conference Overwatch Matchup on Saturday (Oct. 23).  

The Cobras faced off against Henderson State in their fifth match in the Peach Belt Overwatch season and the match started on Junkertown. Henderson State started off strong by stopping Coker short of the first point, forcing Coker to full hold as well. Henderson State sprinted out of the gates to cap the point and win map one. For the second map Coker chose King's Row, and Coker started on the attack. Coker was able to push through Henderson State's defenses and capture the first point. They were then able to capture the second point in overtime before being stopped short of the third. Henderson State was then able to match Coker's progression winning the map and the match 2-0. 

The Cobras will be back in action on Monday (Oct.26) when they take on Florida Southern in a Peach Belt Conference Overwatch match. Game time is slated for 8:00 P.M.
