HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Coker fell to RIT in Varsity Division Hearthstone on Tuesday night (June 16) by a score of 3-0.

The first game was Coker's Demon Hunter against RIT's Rogue. Both decks are very early-game dependent, and both teams started off on equal footing. RIT was able to find 20 points of damage on turn 10 to find the win.

The next match was a Demon Hunter mirror match (both teams use the same deck) with Coker going first. RIT was able to dump their hand early, and just when it looked like Coker was able to turn the game in their favor, RIT was able to find lethal and win the game.

Coker then decided to bring out Hunter against RIT's last deck, Mage in the third game. Coker was able to threaten lethal multiple times, but RIT was able to develop a board, and prevent Coker from attacking to win the third game and the match 3-0. 

The Cobras return to action Thursday night (June 18) in Open Division Hearthstone, with the match beginning at 7:00 p.m. Video will be available at www.cokercobras.com.
