HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College baseball team will host their annual free youth baseball clinic for youth baseball players from the Hartsville and surrounding areas on Saturday, April 9 prior to the start of their game against Pfeiffer University.

The annual clinic gives the young players a chance to interact with the Cobra players, but more importantly learn the skills necessary to be a successful baseball player.

Free to all youth baseball players age 5-15, the clinic will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Coker’s Tom J. New Field. Following the clinic players are invited to stay and watch the Cobras take on the Falcons of Pfeiffer in a Conference Carolinas doubleheader starting at 1:00 p.m.

Each clinic participant will receive personal instruction from the Coker baseball players based on position, as well as free admission to the games and a free cookout following the Coker games.

Spots are still available, for more information or to reserve your players spot at the clinic call Coker Head Baseball Coach Dave Schmotzer at 843-383-8105.
