Lou Warner

A two-time All-American catcher for the Cobra baseball team, is one of the few athletes to be inducted into the Coker Hall of Fame as an individual and as a member of a team. Warner was a member of the 1994 Coker baseball team that advanced to the NAIA World Series. Individually, he is the only Cobra baseball player to receive All-American honors twice, earning the honors in 1994 and 1995. Warner had an impressive career, batting .292 with 48 runs scored, 30 doubles, six triples, nine home runs, and 77 RBIs. After graduating from Coker, Warner founded Warner's Athletic Construction Company, which specializes in athletic field construction, renovation, and maintenance. He is considered an expert authority in the industry and has worked on numerous projects for major university sports facilities. Warner is also a member of the Coker Board of Trustees.
