13 Cobras Named to The 2024 NCATA Academic Honor Roll

This year during the 2023-24 season the Coker University Acrobatics & Tumbling team was able to place 13 athletes on the 2024 NCATA Academic Honor Roll. The NCATA honor roll recognizes athletes across 54 schools from Division I, Division II, Division III, & NAIA.

Up first, we have Anna Kate Barrier. Barrier is a freshman from Mckinney, TX. Barrier was named to the 2024 NCATA Academic Honor Roll with a 3.81 cumulative GPA. Barrier, earlier this year, was named Freshman of the Month earlier this season.

Up next, we have Dorian Brantley. Brantley, a senior out of Wingate, NC, is a Dance Education major and was able to earn a 3.86 cumulative GPA. This is Brantley's second time being named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll, Brantley was also named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll in 2020-21.

Up next, we have Lelia Brozowski. Brozowski, a junior out of Angier, NC earns her first bid on the NCATA Academic Honor Roll team with a cumulative GPA of 3.69. Brozowski was also named as to the All-Conference First Team for Conference Carolinas

Up next, we have Harmony Cloninger. Cloninger, a freshman out of Lexington, SC, was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time in her career with a 3.63 cumulative GPA.

Up next, we have Priscilla Dalton. Dalton, a junior Exercise Science major out of Roxboro, NC. Dalton is named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time in her career with a 3.58 cumulative GPA.

Up next, we have Ariel Davis. Davis, a junior Exercise Science major out of Florence, SC. Davis is named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time in her career with a 3.4 cumulative GPA. 

Up next, we have Zadie Dulaney. Dulaney, a senior Bio Pre-Med major out of Charleston, SC. Dulaney was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the second time in her career with a 3.93 cumulative GPA. Dulaney was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll back in 2020-21.

Up next, we have Amber Garcia. Garcia, a senior Bio Pre-Med major out of Clover, SC. Garcia was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the second time in her career with a 3.79 cumulative GPA. Garcia was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll back in 2020-21.

Up next, we have Olivia Hauer. Hauer, a freshman from Florence, SC, was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time with a cumulative GPA of 3.63.

Up next, we have Kaylee Hiller. Hiller, a freshman from Fleming Island, FL, was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time with a cumulative GPA of 3.63.

Up next, we have Bianca Reyno. Reyno, a freshman from Raleigh, NC, was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time with an immaculate 4.0 cumulative GPA.

Up next, we have Ashley Walker. Walker, a senior from North Charleston, SC was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll for the first time in her career with a 3.6 GPA. Before Coker, Walker was transferred from Presbyterian College, where she was named to the Dean's list.

And Finally, we have Kayla Young. Young, a senior Business Administration major out of Staten Island, NY. Young was named to the NCATA Honor Roll for the first time in her career with a 3.57 cumulative GPA. It has been a season to remember for Young, along with being named to the NCATA Honor Roll, she has received Player of the Week honors twice this season, as well as been named the SCP Credit Union Athlete of the Month, and named to Conference Carolinas' All-Conference first team.
