2017-18: Ran in all seven races for the Cobras during his junior season. Chebii started off the season placing 14th in the 5K at the Carolina Challenge (Sept. 2nd) running 16:53.2. He placed 7th in the 8K at the Great American Cross Country Festival (Oct. 7th) running 27:06.1. He also placed in the 8k at the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational with a time of 27:46.74.
2016-17: Posted another oustanding year for the Navy and Gold, notching three Top-20 finishes and running in six of seven races ... Best finish was fifth place at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (Sept. 9) in 16:59.29 ... Finished sixth at the Bulldog Invitational (Sept. 24) in 27:50.66 and 20th at the Great American XC Festival (Oct. 1) in 28:05.9.
2015-16: Made great contributions during his freshman season, running in six of seven races for Coker ... Won both the USC Open (Sept. 23, 10:11) and the FMU Invitational (Oct. 16, 16:02) ... Finished in the top-30 in four of his six races.
High School: Standout cross country and track athlete at St. Joseph Boys High School.
